Dr. Jessica Ozan has over 10 years’ experience of evaluation projects in the fields of youth development and social policy. She is a council member of the UK Evaluation Society, where she leads the Ethics and Good Practice committee, and the Coordinator of the North of England Evaluation Network. She has lead evaluations with small cohorts using methods such as Qualitative Comparison Analysis (QCA) and Contribution Analysis. She was recently involved in evaluations of programmes targeting young people leaving the care system for the Department for Education and Nesta.
