TASO’s Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (MEF) contains four main steps to consider when planning your evaluation – from establishing your Theory of Change in ‘Step 1: Diagnose’ to reporting on your findings in ‘Step 4: Reflect’. On this page you will find a number of resources to help you run your own workshops focused on Step 1 and Step 2 in the MEF.

Step 2: Run your own planning workshop

In Step 2 of the evaluation process, you will need to use your Theory of Change to develop the questions that your evaluation will seek to answer. These overarching questions will determine the scope and approach of your evaluation.
