Anna is passionate about tackling disadvantage and discrimination to ensure all young people have equitable access to good quality jobs. She has spent time in both the private sector (finance and consulting) and voluntary sector where she launched the Young Foundation Accelerator programme to support social entrepreneurs tackling inequality and led the national charity UK Youth to provide support to over 90,000 young people per annum and capacity building for over 3000 youth organisations. Anna now leads the Youth Futures Foundation tackling youth unemployment. She is Co-Founder of the Youth Employment Group (YEG) which was established to mobilise a cross-sector response to rising youth unemployment in the wake of Covid19, a member of the CAF Venturesome Investment Committee, and mentor to a number of young people entering the world of work.
