Annual Conference: How to Evaluate – FAQ

When and where is the conference taking place? | The conference will take place on May 3-4, 2023 at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre in Birmingham |
Will there be parking? | Attendees have access to the hotel car park which is onsite. Vehicles must be registered at reception on arrival. It is a first come first served basis so please keep this in mind. |
What time can I check in? | If you have purchased a ticket that includes overnight accommodation, a group booking will be available at 2:30pm. |
Will there be food and drinks provided at the conference? | Yes, we will be providing light refreshments in the morning, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. If you have chosen our bundle that includes accommodation, dinner will be provided. |
What time can I arrive? | Sign in will be open from 8:30am. |
Will the conference sessions be recorded or available online? | We do not have plans to record or make the conference sessions available online |
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund? | In registering for this event, you agree to the following terms: cancellations must be received in writing (to info@taso.org.uk) by Friday 14th April to qualify for a refund. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after this time; however substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, and email address to info@taso.org.uk. |
