When and where is the training session taking place? | The training session will take place on 25 January 2024 at Leeds University. |
How can I access my ticket? | Don't worry about receiving a ticket, please arrive on the day with your order confirmation and the name of the person the tickets are booked under. |
Will there be parking? | Unfortunately, parking at the venue is very limited. We would recommend using the Trinity Leeds Car Park, which is a short walk from the venue. |
Will there be food and drinks provided at the event? | Yes, we will be providing light refreshments in the morning, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. |
Will the training session be recorded or available online? | At this time, we do not have plans to record or make the sessions available online. |
What do I need to bring with me? | Please bring your laptop or device so you can access all the recourses you need during the training session. |
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund? | In registering for this event, you agree to the following terms: cancellations must be received in writing (to info@taso.org.uk) by 10 November 2023 to qualify for a refund. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after this time; however substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, and email address to info@taso.org.uk. |
