Luke joined TASO from BookTrust – a children’s reading charity – where he worked as a researcher. Prior to this, Luke supported research on charitable giving and microfinance at the University of Exeter.

Luke holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Exeter, with a focus on behavioural and experimental economics.
