The guidance on this page builds upon TASO’s original Core Theory of Change (CToC) template which focuses on a high-level model with simple lists of inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impact.
Our new Enhanced Theory of Change (EToC) approach offers consistency with our original offering but also flexibility to respond to the need for different approaches in different projects.
The EToC template integrates the learning from the projects we have conducted over recent years and should be used for evaluability and to assist higher education providers with robustly evaluating interventions and activities.
