Charlotte has an extensive portfolio which includes working within the Higher Education Sector and internationally to support EDI, good people management and organisational development, ethical leadership, cultural change, and entrepreneurship.  She is an advocate for the promotion of social justice.

Charlotte is also a Professor of Entrepreneurship in the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Loughborough London Campus.
