Dr Eliza Kozman

Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Maternity leave)

Eliza joined TASO in January 2020.

Before joining TASO Eliza worked for the Behavioural Insights Team where she designed and implemented research projects with a focus on reducing inequality in education.

Eliza holds a PhD from University College London. In her academic work she uses experimental methods to test ways of improving education outcomes for disadvantaged students. Eliza has a strong interest in social mobility and a background in higher education policy.

Eliza is currently on maternity leave.
