TASO is seeking applications for a number of exciting opportunities to join our Theme Working Groups (TWGs).The groups act as external advisory bodies for TASO and provide guidance on decisions affecting our research programmes. Their role includes responsibility for reviewing the current evidence base, reviewing applications into TASO commissioning rounds, making recommendations for funding awards and monitoring funded projects.

The latest push for applications comes as we launch our two newly established themes, representing a great opportunity to help shape the future direction of TASO’s research and contribute to our vision of eliminating equality gaps in higher education and improving lives through evidence-informed practice in higher education.

We are currently seeking applications from individuals for the following roles:

  • TWG 1: Effectiveness of Widening Participation Outreach (1 participant)
  • TWG 3: Employment and Employability (~7 participants)
  • TWG 4: Mental Health and Disability (~7 participants)
