Aniela Bankowicz

Evaluation Officer

Aniela joined TASO in January 2026.

As an Evaluation Officer at TASO, Aniela supports the organisation’s work to strengthen evaluation practice across higher education. Her role involves analysing secondary data, producing visual summaries, and contributing to the development of practical guidance and resources for higher education providers. She also supports evaluation projects and contributes to training and workshops that help practitioners apply evidence-informed approaches to access and participation.

Before joining TASO, Aniela worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre of Migration Research in Poland, where she contributed to projects examining migration, inclusion, and human rights through both qualitative and quantitative research. She has also worked in policy and research environments including the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, where she supported survey design, data analysis, and the production of evidence for policy-focused publications.

Aniela holds an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford. As part of her studies, she conducted a mixed-methods, cross-national evaluation examining structural drivers of migrant inclusion in European policy systems.
