Trustee – Venture Partner, Purposeful Ventures

Grace has over a decade of experience in higher education, spanning regulatory, practitioner and consultancy roles. She is currently a Venture Partner at Purposeful Ventures. In her role she provides funding and capacity building support to not-for-profit education organisations to become more sustainable and enhance their systemic impact.

Before joining Purposeful Ventures, Grace was a Director at Nous Group, an international management consultancy specialising in the public sector and higher education. She also worked for the English higher education regulator, the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), now the Office for Students and Research England. Latterly, she specialised in student opportunity, covering inclusive support for disabled students and widening access. She has also had roles in an evaluation consultancy, and university strategic planning and students’ unions. Grace holds an MSc in Public Policy and is passionate about affecting system-wide change to reduce gaps in equality.
