HEEL submission form: open to all providers

Submit your evaluations

Launching in November 2026, the Higher Education Evaluation Library (HEEL) is a free, open-access database to share evaluations of higher education equality interventions in England.  

The aim is to encourage knowledge exchange, foster collaboration, and support the dissemination of evaluation evidence.  

What you can do with the HEEL: 

• Share and collaborate: Contribute your own evaluations and help your peers learn what works 

• Discover and search: Browse evaluations and find interventions relevant to your context 

• Learn and improve: Learn from existing evidence to plan robust, effective evaluations 

Submit your evaluations  

The submission form (hosted by the Higher Education Access Tracker, HEAT) is now open to non-HEAT members (in England) as well as HEAT members. All providers can now submit evaluations. These will then be available in the searchable library that will launch on the TASO website in November 2026.   

HEAT members 

If you are a HEAT member, you have been able to upload and save your evaluation since the portal opened in December 2025. You can now submit your evaluations. 

All providers (non-HEAT members) 

Universities, colleges, and other organisations who are not HEAT members (based in England) can now also upload and submit evaluations.
