Mikayla Boginsky

Research Officer

Mikayla joined TASO as a Research Officer in May 2025.

In this role, Mikayla supports the commissioning and delivery of research projects that advance the higher education sector’s knowledge on what works to support widening participation and student success. Mikayla contributes to a wide range of activities throughout the research lifecycle from conducting literature reviews and developing evaluation plans to monitoring project timelines and analysing results. She is also responsible for delivering training courses on research methodologies and presentations to disseminate TASO’s research findings.

Mikayla holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she developed expertise in conducting randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and quasi-experimental studies. Prior to pursuing her graduate studies, she worked for three years at the Center for WorkLife Law, a non-profit research centre dedicated to advancing gender and racial equity in employment and higher education, with a particular focus on supporting pregnant and parenting students.
