Senior Communications and Engagement Coordinator

Alisha joined TASO in January 2022.

As Senior Communications and Engagement Coordinator, Alisha is responsible for implementing TASO’s engagement strategy, leading on the delivery of all TASO events, managing and developing the TASO Sector Network, and supporting TASO’s evidence mobilisation work. She also supports in ensuring that TASO’s work meaningfully involves students.

Alisha’s background is in education and social mobility. Prior to joining TASO, she worked as Business Development Director, leading the business development and engagement team at Empowr-U, a community interest company in Coventry supporting young people affected by poverty. During her time there, she expanded the organisation’s reach and helped grow its work through the Coventry City of Culture campaign.

Alisha holds a BA in Education.
