Nicholette Pollard-Odle

Evaluation Officer

Nicholette joined TASO in June 2023, bringing methodological expertise in social research and evaluation from her Master’s in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. She has a particular interest in highlighting under-researched issues and consistently applies an intersectional lens to her work, with the aim of amplifying the experiences of those most in need.

At TASO, Nicholette delivers evaluation training across the higher education sector, develops guidance documents to strengthen evaluation practices, and has supported several research and evaluation projects. These include the Mapping Outcomes and Activities Tool (MOAT), the use of quasi-experimental designs to evaluate mental health and wellbeing interventions, and guidance on economic evaluation.
